One-on-one nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals
No matter if you're looking to lose weight, address health issues, increase your athletic performance, or just feel better in your daily life, I can help you reach that goal. By working as a team, you and I will dive deep to understand your body and what foods work best for it. Wellness encompasses much more than food, so we will also work towards implementing simple, yet incredibly powerful, lifestyle modifications that will radically improve your day-to-day. It is my hope that by working with me you will feel completely empowered, supported and radiant as you carve your own path towards optimal health.
All consultations can be in-person or via Skype.
Initial Consultation: $90
During this consultation, we will dive into a full intake including your health history, current habits, preferences, current dietary analysis, and other details that will allow me to develop a personalized nutrition plan to best support you and your individual goals. This option is great for people who are looking for guidance, but are mostly self-motivated, do-it-yourself types.
You will receive:
- Education about specific foods to include and/or eliminate from your diet
- Simple, supportive lifestyle recommendations to increase well-being
- Resources and handouts to help you with this transition
- A personalized nutrition plan and specific tools to help you to reach your goals
Follow-up Consultation: $50
The goal of follow-up sessions is to empower and support you as you continue on your path to reaching your goals. I will answer any questions you have, re-adjust our initial approach if needed, and address any issues that may have developed since our last meeting. After your initial consultation, it is recommended to schedule at least one follow-up meeting.
Personalized Nutrition Coaching: $120/mo.*
This option is perfect for people who prefer more guidance and support as they work towards their goals. You receive everything that you would with the initial consultation as well as bi-weekly meetings scheduled at your convenience (can be in-person or Skype), and unlimited email support between meetings. By working closely together, we will find what works best for your body and lifestyle.
*You must at least commit for three months.
I fully believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Your success, however you choose to define that, is my biggest goal! Therefore, I want to design a nutrition plan that is fully tailored to you, your lifestyle and your goals. To achieve this, you may receive all or a combination of the following:
Food journal nutrient analysis
Specific nutrition education that is applicable to you
Macronutrient and micronutrient calculations dependent upon your goals
Nutrition therapy for certain conditions and supplement recommendations
Various resources and/or handouts to reinforce what we discuss
Balanced lifestyle coaching focused on stress, sleep, mindfulness, self-acceptance and more
